1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states as well as international shipping to select countries. If you’re outside of the United States and would like to inquire about shipping options to your location, please reach out to us at info@kixocity.com for more details.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders placed on kixocity.com will be processed within 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking number.
Certain items may require additional processing time due to stock availability or customization. In such cases, we will notify you promptly via email and provide an updated delivery estimate. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will make every effort to keep you informed and ensure that your experience remains positive.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We provide a variety of shipping options to suit your needs, including the following:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): This is the most economical shipping method and delivers most orders within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping. Orders placed with this option will typically arrive within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Need your order fast? Select overnight shipping at checkout to receive your items the next business day, as long as the order is placed by 12:00 PM PST on weekdays.
Keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and can vary based on location, weather conditions, and any carrier delays.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You can view the exact shipping cost during checkout before completing your purchase.
- Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $50 within the continental U.S..
- Expedited and international shipping options are available at additional costs.
For international orders, please note that shipping fees may vary depending on your destination country.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s website (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS). 6. Shipping Address
To ensure your order is delivered correctly and on time, please verify that the shipping address you provide is accurate. Kixocity is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. 7. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to a variety of countries. International customers are responsible for paying any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be imposed by their destination country. 8. Lost or Damaged Items
In the event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, depending on the situation, provide a replacement or issue a refund.
- Damaged Goods: If your items arrive damaged, please take photos of the damage and email them to us at info@kixocity.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund based on the condition of the item.
- Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please allow up to 5 business daysafter the delivery date before contacting us. We will assist you in locating the package and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
9. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, please note that overnight and expedited shipping options may not be available for P.O. Box addresses, and delivery times may be longer for these types of shipments.
